To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sohobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
sohobet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sohobet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sohobet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit sohobet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
sohobet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
